These terms apply to everyone taking part in the Program, both JEYANCIE Beauty (“we” or “merchant”) and affiliates (“you” or “affiliate”) who refer customers to our products. By registering, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not register.

1. Approval of registration
We review every application and may approve or decline any registration at our discretion.

2. Affiliate links and coupon codes
Once approved, you’ll receive a personal affiliate link, and you can create links to specific products or collections. If a customer clicks more than one affiliate’s link, the most recent click gets the credit.

You may also be assigned a personal coupon code, with details shown on your dashboard. If a customer uses both your link and your code, you’ll receive one commission, not two. Only promote coupon codes assigned to you.

You may promote JEYANCIE Beauty on your website, blog, social media, email newsletter, and in print.

3. Commissions and payment
You earn 20% commission on the value of each order you refer, excluding tax and shipping. Purchases made within 30 days of a customer clicking your link or using your code count toward your commission.

To get paid, add your PayPal or Venmo details in your account settings. Commissions are paid monthly for completed orders. Orders that are refunded, returned, or charged back are not eligible. We review all referral orders and may withhold commission on orders that appear fraudulent or break these terms.

4. Promotion guidelines
To protect our customers and our brand, you agree to:

• Clearly disclose that you earn a commission, as required by FTC guidelines (for example, “This post contains affiliate links”).
• Describe our products honestly, without claims that they treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
• Not bid on “JEYANCIE” or related brand terms in paid search ads.
• Not send spam, post links in unrelated comment sections, or use misleading coupon or deal sites.
• Not purchase through your own link to earn commission on your own orders.

Breaking these guidelines may result in removal from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

5. Marketing materials
We may share banners, logos, and product images through the Marketing Tools tab. Please use these as provided and don’t alter our logo.

6. Cookies
We use cookies to track clicks on your link. If a customer blocks or clears cookies, we may not be able to credit you for their purchase. The 30-day tracking period begins when a customer clicks your link or uses your code.

7. Changes and removal
We may update these terms or end the Program at any time with notice to affiliates. To leave the Program, email us at [your email]@jeyanciebeauty.com.

This Privacy Policy of UpPromote about Affiliate Marketing system describes how we may collect and use personal data and the rights granted to merchants, affiliates and customers regarding their respective data.

By joining the Affiliate program, you signify your approval of the terms set out in this Privacy Policy, and other terms and conditions. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you must not use the affiliate marketing system.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our privacy practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. By continuing to our affiliate program after these changes are posted, you agree to the revised policy.

Personal Information Controller

Any personal information provided to or gathered by UpPromote under this Privacy Notice will be stored and controlled by UpPromote (the data controller).

Information collected from Merchants

When merchant uses the app, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account such as email, first name, last name, shop information (shop domain, shop currency, shop address …). We collect this information to provide you with our Services; for example, to confirm your identity, contact you, provide customer support when you contact us, provide you with advertising and marketing activities.

Information collected from Affiliates

When an Affiliate signs up to join a program, we collect some information to inform merchants such as email, personal information, payment details and social network information,...The information would help merchant evaluate affiliate background and potential, along with process specific activities within the app and contact affiliate if needed.

Information collected from Customers when visiting merchant website

In order to track referral order, when customers visit merchant website and make a purchase, UpPromote system will collect information of order such as total order, order items, order ID,....

About Cookies

Ensuring your privacy is important to us. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described in this privacy policy. We may share your personal information with third-party service providers who we employ to process specific functions; examples include providing email marketing activity, analyzing data and other marketing support,... Third-party service providers have access to personal information only as needed to perform their functions and they must process the personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We may also disclose your personal information to any third party with your prior consent.

Use of UpPromote app by Children

UpPromote is not intended for children. If you are under 13, you may use the affiliate marketing system only with the supervision of your parent or guardian.

Your Rights

UpPromote understands that you have rights over your personal information, and takes reasonable steps to allow you to access, correct, amend, delete, port, or limit the use of your personal information. If you are using the system and wish to exercise these right, please contact us through customerservice@conspicuousbeauty.com. We may require that you provide us with acceptable verification of your identity before providing access to such information.

If you are an affiliate and wish to exercise these rights, please contact the merchant you interacted with directly — we serve as a processor on their behalf, and can only forward your request to them to allow them to respond.
